Four-Week Group Study “Things in Life that Matter Most to God”
We will view a series of short films that explore our world from the perspective of Jesus.  Come and join the discussion on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. from February 14 – March 6 in Fellowship Hall.  Call the church office at 303-935-4669 to register.

Sunday Lenten Study - Book of Faith "Watermarks".  Study begins on Sunday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m.  Study books are available from the church office.

Contemplative Prayer Group
We meet the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00p.m. here at the church.  This group will gather to share prayer together using different Contemplative prayer styles, such as Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, or a Labyrinth Prayer Walk.  Come and join us as we focus, pray and listen. 

 

Adult Forum - Sunday Mornings at 10:30 a.m.

Sunday Lenten Study - Book of Faith "Watermarks".  Study begins on Sunday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m.  Study books are available from the church office.
We have concluded the GRAND SWEEP, our year-long journey into the Bible, that began on January 1, 2011.  Congratulations to everyone who completed the readings. We did not complete our studies of the readings in 2011.  So, we are continuing the studies into 2012.  The studies will return following our Lenten Study.


Dorcas Circle meets on the third Monday of each month (September through May) at 1:00 p.m. for Bible Study and fellowship.  We have started a new Bible study  "To Follow and to Serve:  The Gospel of Mark", taken from Gather (formerly Lutheran Woman Today) magazine.  (A copy is in the church library).  The next meeting is Monday, March 19.

Plan to join us for study, refreshments and fellowship!
 

WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP

Women’s Dinner Out – meet at a local restaurant for food and fellowship on evenings every other month.  

Dorcas Circle meets the third Monday of the month (Sept-May) at 1 pm in the church library for fellowship and bible study.  Next meeting is Monday, March 19.

Women’s Spring Tea will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 1:00 p.m.  More details to follow.

Quilters meet the third Friday for fellowship and quilting.  Completed quilt projects are donated to charities.

Theater and Theology

The 2011-2012 season is here!
Tickets to the performances of the Denver Center Theater Company are made available to congregations and individuals through an agreement with the Rocky Mountain Synod and the DCPA at a reduced group price of $30 each.  In addition to the production, following each performance, cast members are engaged in a moderated talkback on theological issues of the play.  Performances are held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. throughout the 10-month theatrical season.  For more information about the individual plays, click on this link to visit the DCPA website.

Make checks payable to "Rocky Mountain Synod", marked for Theater and Theology and give to Pat Sandstedt on Sunday mornings or Lynette in the church office.
